DC The Don recently dropped his first single of the year, “Hate Being Lonely”. In this groovy melodic banger, DC the Don sings about his girlfriend being too needy for his fast lifestyle. “Tell me when you need and when you want me / You’re too drunk, now you hate being lonely / I got what you need and, babe, it’s on me / I pull up, I got some more drank on me”. DC’s vocals over a bass-boosted sunny instrumental and a catchy chorus make this song one you’ll have on repeat. Lauren Sanderson – hope ur doing well somewhere
Lauren Sanderson wishes their ex nothing but the best in their new song “hope ur doing well somewhere”. In this poetic song, Lauren raps and sings over an acoustic instrumental. “I can set a boundary without explaining sh*t / I’ll love you from a distance girl wherever that is / And I hope you’re doing well somewhere.” At the end of the song, there’s a monologue of Lauren sending encouraging words to anyone going through a breakup. BETWEEN FRIENDS released their new single “Bruise” from their upcoming debut album. Sarah Barrios – Talk!Talk!Talk!
Sarah Barrios calls out people who treat them badly in “Talk!Talk!Talk!”. In this pop-rock banger, Sarah sings about ignoring her haters. “Cause all you do is talk talk talk / Wastin’ your breath on me / You must be hiding from yourself / And all I hear is blah blah blah.” Sarah’s powerful vocals with the electric pop-rock instrumental and bold lyrics make this song a hit.
